I had a fantastic stay at Secret Boutique! The bed in my room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making me feel like I had the entire space to myself. The shower was also excellent, with three different modes to choose from. Plus, the internet was fast, allowing me to stay connected easily. Additionally, the hostel was conveniently located just a few steps away from the main square, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hostel is located in a quiet alley in the old town, just minutes away from the bustling center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that offer privacy with curtains. The friendly staff, like Anna, provide helpful information and are readily available for any questions. The hostel also offers competitive rates, making it a great option for budget travelers.
The communication with the owner/manager, who doesn't speak much English, can be a bit complicated.

The owners went above and beyond to help me and even waived my cancellation fee. When I finally got to stay, I had an amazing experience. The hostel exceeded my expectations with its great WiFi, hot showers, and super comfortable double beds with all the necessary amenities. Anna, who is managing the hostel, was a fantastic host and made sure everything was perfect. The location was also ideal, just minutes from the center of the old town on a quiet street.

We had an amazing stay at a boutique hostel in the heart of the old town square. The bunk beds were comfortable, stable, and had great amenities like lights, power plugs. The common area, though small, provided a cozy space to relax. The location was perfect, close to the base of Mount Tampa for hiking. The host, Anna, was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about the mountains. Her personalized attention made our stay special. a great place to explore the city and relax.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the hostel was spotlessly clean. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic center and close to many bars, cafes, and restaurants. the showers were amazing, with three different modes to choose from.
The owner was a bit too involved in guests' lives, making it a bit annoying. the rules about partying in the kitchen seemed to change depending on her mood.

Our check-in experience was a bit disappointing as we arrived to find our room unclean and occupied by other guests. The hotel staff seemed unbothered and offered no solution. However, the comfortable beds and convenient location made up for it. I would recommend Secret Boutique for its cozy beds and central location.

The location of the hostel was perfect, right in the center of the city. the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious, the best I've seen in any hostel. the hostel also had a well-equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking our own meals.
That the rooms did not have air conditioners, so it got quite stuffy in the summer. Another issue was that some guests would turn on the general light at night, even though each bed had its own light.

Comfiest beds ever and the showers were top-notch. The location was super convenient, right in the heart of everything. Oh, and the huge towels were a nice touch.
The check-in process was a bit tedious, felt like I was being treated like a child. Also, the staff seemed a little too involved in guests' lives and kept changing the rules about noise levels in the kitchen.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The showers were modern and clean, providing a refreshing experience. The central location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer.
The hostel lacked a larger common area for guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen, although functional, was small and often crowded.
